RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re pleased to offer free returns and exchanges for orders within New Zealand and Australia. If you're not completely happy with your order, simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a return label for you. All items must be returned in a saleable condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed cannot be accepted.
Please note, sale items can only be returned for a refund if deemed faulty. If you’re not satisfied with a sale purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Please note, if your order included a complimentary gift as part of a promotional offer, the gift must also be returned if the return reduces the order value below the promotional threshold.
For orders outside of New Zealand and Australia, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Care team at info@josephinethelabel.com within the 7-day return window. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return or exchange. Once we receive your email, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on where to send the item. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the cost of delivering the exchanged order to you.
